Roy E. Papendorf

Roy E Papendorf, 83 passed away on May 5th after a courageous 25 year battle with cancer.  He was born in Wausau, WI.  On July 18, 1959, he married Audrey J Draheim.  They resided in the Manawa area.

He is survived by his wife; 3 daughters: Cindy (Jeff) Marx, Tammy (Jim) Sjoberg, Krissy Schulz; 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 2 brothers, 3 sisters, many nieces, nephews, and close friends. 

Roy was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, a sister, and his son-in-law, Jonathan Schulz.

Visitation will be on Saturday, May 8 at 9am with service at 11 am at Valley Funeral Home-Greenville N1858 Greenville Dr., (off Hwy 15). Burial will follow at Ostrander Cemetery on Hwy X near Northport.  Glenn Gasser, Jason Stein and Shelley Lord will be officiating.

In lieu of gifts or flowers, a memorial fund is being established for Cattails Cottage for Cancer patients.
