Kenneth Klapper Obituary

Kenneth Edward Klapper passed away on May 1, 2021 of natural causes, at the age of 72.  He was born on June 9, 1946 to Orville and Irma Klapper.  He had 2 brothers, Ronald and Jim, and a sister Marilynn.

He leaves behind his wife of 29 years, Ellamae (Ella) Sophia Klapper; his children:  Juan Torres (Tammy), Kelly Collar (Bob), Karry Eytalis (Greg), Dawn Torres-Raimer (Aaron), Monica Bovin (Robert), Christine Torres (Paul), and Kevin Torres (Kim); his 17 grandchildren:  Juan Torres, Jr. (Jill), Kevin Torres, Ryan Torres, Alayjah Aures, Jaxzen Aures, Nehemiah Torres, Haydn Raimer, Jewlyana Raimer, Ashlyn Raimer, Maddox Raimer, Aaron Bovin, Michael Torres (Becky), Bree Torres (Gio), Andrew Christensen (Rachel), Angelica Krause (Jake), Garrett Kaehler, and Dillon Klapper; and multiple great grandchildren.

He was a loving family man and proud Marine Corps veteran.  He was a highly regarded officer for the Department of Corrections.  He was highly thought of by his superiors and the inmates he worked with.

He loved all his fur babies:  Princess, Duke, Duchess, Molly Mae, and Percilla Joy.
