Jeffrey "Jeff" Van Lankvelt

Jeffrey “Jeff” Van Lankvelt, age 57, passed away suddenly from sudden cardiac arrest on Saturday, June 20, 2026. He was born on April 26, 1969, son of Mary Van Lankvelt and Donald Van Lankvelt.

Jeff began his 36-year long career with Menasha Corporation in 1990 where he was known for his admirable work ethic and kind and caring spirit. On August 8, 1992, he married Tracy Van Stippen and together they shared 34 years of love, laughter, and companionship. In his free time, Jeff enjoyed spending time with his family and fur babies, his Michigan trips to free cable, concerts and helping others in any way he could.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Tracy Van Lankvelt; his son, Andrew (Carrie) DeRuyter and his beloved fur children: Bentley and Maggie; grandchildren: Sheldon and Lillian DeRuyter; parents: Mary Van Lankvelt and Donald Van Lankvelt; brother, Ryan (Toni) Van Lankvelt; niece, Aria Van Lankvelt; mother and father-in-law, Robert and Peggy Van Stippen; sisters and brothers-in-law: Steve (Karen) Otis, Michael (Sherri) Van Stippen, Kevin (Pam) Van Stippen, and Lori Collins; uncle, John Wimberger; aunts: Nancy Wimberger and Barb Wimberger; many nieces and nephews; and his best friend and brother from another mother, John Saddoris.

Jeff was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Sylvester and Marie Wimberger; paternal grandparents: Wilber and Eleanor Van Lankvelt; sister Michelle Holub; fiance of Mary, William Von Holt; uncles: Ted Van Lankvelt, Cyril Wimberger, Joey Wimberger, and Jimmie Wimberger; Aunt Phylis (David) Brandtmeier; cousin, Heather Stingle; and his fur children: Dante and Kailee.

A Funeral Service for Jeff will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Valley Funeral Home, 2211 N. Richmond St., Appleton. Visitation will begin at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. and will continue until the time of the service. For online condolences, please visit www.valleyfh.com.
