Jeffrey John "Jeff" Bermann

Jeffrey John ("Jeff") Bermann, 67, of Wrightstown WI passed away Friday, February 19, 2021, at Froedtert Hospital with his family by his side. He was born January 14, 1954, to Harold and Edna (Fiebelkorn) Bermann. Jeff studied electromechanical engineering at Fox Valley Technical College and married Mary (Strauss) Bermann on August 6, 1988. He has worked at Heartland Technology group for over ten years and has been in manufacturing his whole life.

 Jeff was an avid outdoorsman; he enjoyed hunting, fishing, archery, and camping. He reloaded his own ammunition for hunting and modified his rifles by hand to shoot competitively. He read extensively, with his favorite books being about African safari hunting, leadership development, and naval history. Jeff was especially interested in the works of Theodore Roosevelt and Aldo Leopold. He spent much of his free time watching NASCAR, NHRA drag racing, NFL and college football, and Mecum and Barrett-Jackson car shows. Jeff was also an active conservationist and volunteered as a Hunter's Education instructor for almost 15 years.

He is survived by his wife Mary, his daughter Katheryn ("Katie"), his dog Sparky, and many friends. Jeff is preceded in death by both parents.

Visitation will be held at Valley Funeral Home in Appleton, WI on Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 2:30pm-4pm. Services will be held at 4pm with Reverend Cliff Mast officiating. Jeff was a wonderful husband and father. The family also thanks the staff at ThedaCare and Froedtert hospital for all of their support.
