James (Jim) Knapp, 80 years of age, passed peacefully on Wednesday January 13, 2021 at Apple Creek Place.
James was born August 8th, 1940 in Antigo, Wisconsin to the late John and Eliane Knapp. On May 4th 1963, James married Beth (Steindfelt) Knapp at St.Mary’s in Antigo, Wisconsin. They soon moved to Appleton, Wisconsin where they had daughter Joy (Knapp) Wodushek.
Jim enjoyed his last working years at Photoland, where he was cherished and loved by all the employees. In his past time, Jim enjoyed word searches, working on puzzles, and gardening. Anyone who walked by the house was invited to enjoy a nice cold Miller Highlife, or just a nice friendly conversation. Jim enjoyed helping his neighbors, especially in winter, where he would shovel most of the block out. Jim’s sparky personality will be missed.
He is survived by his wife, Beth Knapp, his daughter Joy (Knapp) Wodushek, grandchildren, Robert (Angie) Wodushek and Jennifer (Partner Jon) Wodushek and soon to be great grandchild.
