Bryan Ewald Semrow, 59, passed away peacefully in his sleep the morning of January 15th, 2022. He was born in Vincenza, Italy to Larry (Janet) Semrow on June 19th, 1962.
Bryan is survived by his mother, Janet (Lorin) Krause, brother Keith (Diane) Semrow, daughters Sarah (Frank) Topor and Heather Semrow (Jimmy Moua), son Jordan (Brittany) Semrow, and four grandchildren; Makyla, Ezra, Ashlyn and Xander.
Bryan was loved by many through his various walks of life. As a pastor, his influence was felt far and wide. Many were led to Christ through his love and support. His career in radio across Wisconsin and Michigan allowed people to hear his golden voice. Whether he was introducing the latest hits or sharing scripture at the local station, much of Bryan’s adult life was spent behind a microphone being heard by thousands of listeners.
Bryan was an entertainer at heart. He loved telling stories of his life and making people laugh. His good nature and warm presence made those who met him immediately feel like friends. His love for music, reading, movies, games, pinball, writing, jeeps, and technology live on through his family. We have all gained so much from a relationship with him. He will always be loved, always be missed, and his family knows they will one day reunite with him in the Lord’s great comfort and love.
The memorial will be held at Valley Baptist Church in Appleton on Saturday, January 22nd. Visitation will be from 9:30 until 11:00 AM. The service will take place immediately afterwards followed by light refreshments. The family invites all who knew him to come remember and celebrate Bryan’s life.
