Debra AJ (Bavinck) Hartzheim

Debra AJ Hartzheim (Bavinck) age 48, of Arizona passed away on November 25, 2018 due to ongoing health issues.

Debra’s interests included;  stuffed animals, especially panda bears, the warmth, her jewelry, and traveling. She loved her job in the hospital and helping people whenever she could.  She also loved her nieces and nephews very dearly.

Debra is survived by her mother; Charlotte Bavinck, sisters; Rebecca (Paul) Bavinck, Diana Peterson, and Georgianna (Eric) King. One brother; Dirk (Charlene) Bavinck. She is further survived by 5 nieces and nephews and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Debra is preceded in death by her grandparents, father; John Bavinck, one brother; Robert Bavinck, and her nephew Jonathan.

A Funeral Mass for Debra will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 4:00 PM at ST. PIUS X CATHOLIC CHURCH, 500 W. Marquette St. Appleton, with Fr. James Jugenheimer officiating.  Visitation will be held at the church beginning at 3:00 PM until 3:45 PM with Mass to follow at 4:00 PM.
